SY Herbal Blend Olive Oil

Locally sourced, estate grown, cold pressed olive oil. Our organic SY Herbal Blend EVOO has a stronger flavor profile and aroma, which comes from a mixture of oregano, basil, garlic, and rosemary - making that distinctly delicious, herbaceous taste.

Different in production from our infused oils, our herbal blend is fused or co-pressed meanings it's made by pressing the herbs along with the olives in the mill, which produces an amazing flavor!

Suggested Use: Great for dipping! It would make a lovely addition to a charcuterie & cheese board, perfect for a drizzle over pizza or finishing off a soup or bisque. You can also take advantage of it's built in flavor and use it to roast veggies or cook fish!
